Authorisation
ezTrack is a component of i-Pie – Neotech’s information system. The ezTrack module is designed to simplify access to Neotech’s services, increase the speed with which customer orders are processed, and make it easier for our clients to manage documents to be translated.
The convenience of ezTrack lies in the customer’s ability to:

Optimize the procedure for agreeing work cost and timelines in accordance with their companies' internal business processes;

Download translated documents without delay from the system as soon as they are ready, using a link sent via an e-mail notice;

have constant access to an archive of previously-translated documents. From now on, whatever our client's situation or location, they will always be able to obtain any previously-translated documents they need;

generate a report at any time containing a list and costs of completed orders, as well as work volumes for a given period;

control the process of document translation on line. This feature is particularly useful when ordering translations of several documents at once. Nor do you need to be constantly connected to your ezTrack workspace – when an order's status changes, the system immediately notifies you via e-mail.
