Neotech completed the 1000th order in Kazakhstan!

Neotech’s regional representative office in the Republic of Kazakhstan has announced that in April the 1000th order since commencing operations in Almaty was successfully completed.

The 1000th order... a lot, or a very little?  For comparison, Neotech’s head office in Moscow daily turns in 40-50 orders.  But can there, or should there, be any comparison? After all, the Kazakhstan translation market is a young one: there are not enough well-prepared specialists, relations between customers and linguistic services suppliers are not sufficiently well-regulated, and technical translation tools and modern translation technologies are employed but weakly, all of which takes its toll on the overall quality of services.

We have been aware of these problems since the first days of the existence of our representative office in Kazakhstan, and have defined our policy in the following list of strategic rules.  We must:

• Approach this market with our own technologies, standards, and requirements.
• Grow closer to our clients' companies operating in the region.  Just having our own representative office enables us to offer clients efficient and timely solutions to any problems in the sphere of linguistic support.
• Be a universal company.  If in Russia our key competencies extend to the automobile industry, the oil and gas field, the telecommunications and high-technology market, and medicine, in Kazakhstan our customer portfolio also includes advertising agencies, banks, and even airlines.  Our representative office is prepared to work with any thematic focuses, and therein lies its strength.
• Achieve maximal quality in translations to and from Kazakh.  The particular status of this language and particular attitude toward it of the Kazakh government has to a large degree defined our own priorities.  Today we can confidently state that Kazakh translations executed by Neotech are of the highest professional level.  This succeeded in achieving by creating a good production base for our representative office.

The effectiveness and perspective of our policy are born out by the impressive number of completed orders.  We are proud of the height we have reached – 1,000 orders to date!
