The effectiveness of this form of professional reeducation is proven by the subsequent successful work of the specialists who have undergone it.
This form of collaboration between Neotech and the customer likewise makes it possible to conduct more complex courses with the participation of unique specialists. “To respond to the unconventional request, find the best professionals in the sphere of translation, and with them develop programs – sometimes quite unique –, and then to make these a part of the standard offering that our other customers can use to their advantage” – so reads one of the goals of Neotech for the complex Gain&Share consulting project.
Neotech has now been conducting the Gain&Share consulting program for the fourth year running. It encompasses three areas of focus: auditing, training, and certification – for company customers as well as young and future specialists in the sphere of translation.
