Supervisory audit of quality management system

On February 26 a supervisory audit was completed at Neotech as part of the annual verification by the QMS of compliance to the requirements of international quality management standard ISO 9001. After examining the operations of key departments, the representative from certifying authority TÜV Thüringen announced the inspection’s positive results to the company.
Following the auditors’ work the certifying authority will receive an evaluation containing information confirming Neotech’s full compliance to the standard’s requirements and a recommendation that the certificate received in 2006 be renewed.
Neotech has now been verifying its operations in accordance with the international quality standard since 2003. It was then that our company became the first in Russia among professional suppliers of translation services to successfully pass certification of its quality management system in accordance with standard ISO 9001.  Neotech developed its own unique system of quality assurance for services on the translation market in 2002.
