Neotech KZ passes certification for compliance with the ISO 9001:2001 standard

On September 2 a representative of Neotech KZ was presented with a Certificate of Compliance of the company's quality management system to the requirements of the ISO 9001-2001 standard. This document, registered in the registry of the State System of Technical Regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is legal proof that Neotech KZ conducts its daily business in compliance with the standards of the international system. Neotech KZ's successful passing of the certification is vivid proof of its abilities to provide translation services to state and international-level companies, and that the quality of their services meet the high expectations of the latter.

Neotech KZ, like Neotech before it (Russia's largest linguistic engineering company), has become the first professional translation company in Kazakhstan to confirm compliance of its quality management system to the international standard.
Neotech KZ spent the last 6 months in preparation for certification. External consultants, in the person of QMS Consulting, were also employed to enhance efficiency of the process. It is important to bear in mind, however, that preparing for an audit by a regulatory agency is not enough to obtain a Certificate of Compliance. The daily work of each company employee must be regulated by the standards of the quality management system (QMS). To this end, Neotech KZ conducts an ongoing program of continuing education, which includes seminars and trainings. The program makes it possible not only to teach new employees to operate in accordance with QMS standards, but also to constantly actualize and systemize the skills of the entire staff in complying with the standard. Representatives of Neotech (Russia) participated in developing and implementing the continuing education program.
The certificate is valid through 2012, and requires an annual regulatory audit by specialists of the certifying agency from KAZEXPOAUDIT.
